Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Meow Lab Limited, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands (company number 2205519) ("we", "us"), for your use of the SpokenKeys apps and this website (together, "SpokenKeys"). By using SpokenKeys you agree to these terms.

The service

SpokenKeys turns your speech into written text using speech recognition and AI. SpokenKeys is under active development, and features, languages, and limits may change over time.

Plans and payment

The free plan includes a weekly word allowance. Paid plans, when offered, are sold through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms, including its rules for renewals, cancellations, and refunds. Prices are shown before you buy.

Your content

What you say and the text SpokenKeys produces belong to you. You give us permission to process your audio and text only as needed to provide SpokenKeys, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use SpokenKeys to break the law or to violate other people's rights. Don't try to disrupt the service, get around plan limits, or copy, reverse engineer, or resell it.

AI output

Speech recognition and AI can make mistakes. Check your text before you send it, especially for important, legal, medical, or financial content.

Third-party services

SpokenKeys works inside other apps and relies on third-party providers. We aren't responsible for other apps or services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimer

SpokenKeys is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for SpokenKeys in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your use

You can stop using SpokenKeys at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we stop offering the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page, and continuing to use SpokenKeys means you accept the updated terms.
